I currently have a quotation for a loft conversion to be completed within my home for just over £5k with a stair case to be fitted and all the required spec for a loft (re-inforced flooring). I would like to know the estimate that you would provide me with. The downside is that at this moment in time you wouldn't be able to gain access to the loft space as it is packed with loads of storage stuff. Please give me a call.
