Of course, it’s not all about the vision and let’s be honest, it can be very difficult to visualise what the many ideas being discussed could look like or indeed what they may cost to deliver. Following your initial consultation, Garry will work with architects and his architectural design manager to produce draft design sketches for your approval, to complement the initial budget appraisal.

Once you’ve had a chance to analyse, amend and approve these design proposals then the real fun (and work!) can begin as you move into the planning stage of your project. As with everything else, the planning will be managed and co-ordinated for you by the team at Blackstone & Day, meaning you can get on with everyday life.
