Samuels Loft Conversion

Over the years we have grown and we specialize in loft conversions, from planning to completion. We provide a complete service and all of our colleagues are trade qualified. We are fully insured and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

It was in the mid 1940s that my Grandad, David Samuel settled in Lancing, bringing with him his skills as a self-taught carpenter. In time, he was joined by his two sons, David (sadly deceased) and Tony.

I am the third generation to join the business after studying carpentry at college. There is no substitute for experience and Dad (Tony) and I (Paul) have worked together for 21 years, becoming well known for our efficient, quality workmanship. Our combined skills and experience enables us to use either ready-made trusses or utilize the traditional hand-cut roofing systems, allowing us to work on virtually any type of building.
